- In-person technique assessment and adjustment per request & availability
Meet Day Coaching (Handling) *Included for all BBD and Team Gainondorf athletes*
All-inclusive meet-day planning, including but not limited to:
- Warm up timing and weight increments
- Attempt Selection with two alternate plans
- Lifting footage (per competition guidelines)
- advice on meet-day nutrition and supplementation
